Principal UX Designer, Platforms

QuincePalo Alto, CA

About The Position

Quince is building out its platform business which includes a set of client-facing platform products that power logistics, operations, and sourcing for modern companies and brands. These products will be the face of the new Business to Business (B2B) and Quince Logistics Solutions (QLS) verticals within Quince. Products include: self-service customization of Quince apparel, storefront platforms for housing and selling white-labeled apparel, tracking pages and admin views for brands using Quince Logistics, and distinct user login experiences. This is a senior, highly hands-on individual contributor role. You will be a foundational, founding designer across these platform products, helping define their UX from the ground up. There is no established design system or mature UX framework yet, and you will play a key role in shaping early patterns, workflows, and standards. This role is best suited for a senior designer who enjoys ownership, ambiguity, and creating structure where none exists. As a highly individual contributor role, you’ll independently drive design decisions while contributing to product strategy, including meeting with potential customers and conducting extensive competitor research in a fast-paced environment. This role is required to be onsite 3-days a week in San Francisco or Palo Alto.
