About The Position

As a Principal Transformation Technical Program Manager within Oracle Cloud
Infrastructure (OCI), develops and drives large-scale, cross-functional
transformation initiatives that accelerate OCI’s growth and operational
excellence. This role requires a strategic leader who can operate at both the
executive and execution levels—translating business priorities into actionable
programs, aligning global stakeholders, and delivering measurable outcomes that
align the strategic needs of the business.

Oversees complex, high-visibility programs spanning data center capacity
delivery, operational scaling, and process improvement. Partners closely with
cross functional teams, you will ensure programs are structured, executed, and
measured with precision. The ideal candidate combines strong program delivery
expertise in hyperscale or cloud environments with the ability to influence at
the C-level, manage ambiguity, and drive continuous improvement across people,
process, and technology.
