This role contributes at the highest level in their industry and excels at client advisory, service advocacy, relationship development, and leadership. You’ll lead high-impact engagements, deliver strategic insights, and build lasting client relationships. How you'll create opportunities in this role: Client Advisory: Lead client engagements, resolve transaction issues, and deliver Quality of Earnings and due diligence reports. Technical Oversight: Review work of associates and seniors, ensure quality and risk mitigation, and analyze complex financial transactions. Service Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert across industries, leveraging deep knowledge of CLA’s service offerings. Leadership & Development: Mentor staff, manage engagement teams, and foster a culture of excellence and growth. Business Growth: Drive business development, expand client relationships, and ensure profitable delivery of services.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in professional services, public accounting, or transaction advisory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • CPA, CFA, or other relevant credentials preferred.
