Amazon Robotics is seeking a talented and motivated Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) who will be part of the Robotic Storage Tech Solutions and Program Management team focused on next generation robotic system design, as well as assisting the existing fleet of robotic and automation technology. The Principal TPM will manage the full project lifecycle of innovative programs aimed at improving the efficiency and lowering the cost of Amazon’s next-generation warehouses. This position is responsible for cross-functional program management of large-scale NPI programs and fielded storage hardware products and serves as the liaison between Supply Chain, Deployment, Support, Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Solutions Design, Analytics, Customer Support, and Program teams. Requirements

  • 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience working with the designs of complex automated material, handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics and high-speed manufacturing
  • Experience working in an engineering, construction, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
