Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is defining the next era of enterprise cloud. As a Senior Principal TPM on the Compute New Product Introduction (NPI) team, you are a hands-on leader and technical anchor for the team—driving the full product lifecycle for multiple cloud compute and storage products in parallel. In this role, you will not only own the technical and execution path for new SKUs but will also mentor other TPMs, champion process improvements for end-to-end NPI delivery, set technical standards, and provide credible input at the highest levels of the organization. You’ll engage regularly with engineers across hardware, firmware, software, networking, manufacturing, and operations to solve challenging problems before they impact delivery. This role demands advanced technical acumen primarily related to cloud scale hardware and software, the ability to define and scale processes for consistency and efficiency, and the leadership to inspire and develop your colleagues. You will communicate technical strategy and status to executives and serve as a key interface across functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Exceptionally deep understanding of hardware system design, interdisciplinary integration (hardware/firmware/software/network), and deployment at a global scale
  • Demonstrated experience mentoring TPMs, leading technical discussions/decisions, and defining/implementing process improvements for technical program delivery.

  • Anticipate, identify, and proactively address technical bottlenecks and cross-functional risks, leading troubleshooting and decision-making efforts at both the program and architecture level
  • Establish and continuously refine scalable, repeatable NPI processes, documentation, and best practices for end-to-end SKU introduction.
  • Develop and deliver clear, credible technical and program updates, risk assessments, and recommendations for executive audiences (VP/SVP/EVP) and engineering stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with OEMs, supply chain leaders, partners, and external vendors to ensure robust product manufacturability and deployment.
