The Information Technology (IT) Contracts and Procurement Administrator is responsible for three functions; IT Contract Administration, IT Procurement Administration, and IT Cost Analysis. IT Contract Administration is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of technology-related contracts, including drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with terms, by working closely with internal teams and external vendors to guarantee smooth implementation and execution of IT projects while adhering to legal and company policies; essentially acting as a liaison between the IT department and legal teams to manage contractual obligations within the IT portfolio. IT Procurement Administration is responsible for managing the purchasing process of information technology (IT) equipment, software, and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints by identifying needs, researching vendors, placing orders, and tracking deliveries while maintaining accurate records of IT assets. IT Cost Analysis is responsible for analyzing and managing the costs associated with an organization's Information Technology (IT) operations, including hardware, software, personnel, and services, by tracking expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and providing detailed financial reports to help optimize IT budgets and decision-making processes. This position is an Individual Contributor role. The role directly reports to the CIO and routinely interacts with Global IT, Global Business Leads, Global Functional Leads, Project Management.
