About The Position

Summary: The Procurement and Contracts Assistant provides a dministrative support as an Undergraduate or Graduate Student for procurement tasks. The Procurement and Contracts Assistant will assist the procurement team with purchase order reports and prepare an analysis to communicate to units.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the envelops and mail physical AU rewards card.
• Prepare cash deposits from vendors rebates for PCD.
• Run monthly p-card reports and analyze data for PCD.
• Assist p-card manager to communicate monthly reminders for unexpensed transactions.
• Prepare monthly p-card & travel card audits.
• Reconcile WD imports with bank’s statements.
• Process p-card and travel card maintenance requests.
• Process Key Travel registration requests.
