Amazon Photos is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to define and deliver important programs with broad cross-organizational impact across Amazon Photos services. Your work will focus on very large engineering efforts that solve significantly complex or endemic problems. You will be trusted to operate with complete independence and will often be assigned to focus on areas where the business and/or architectural strategy has not yet been defined. A day in the life As a Principal TPM, you will own the technology roadmap for a broad set of systems. You will lead the design, implementation, and delivery of highly complicated cross-functional projects in ambiguous or new technology areas. Your role requires driving strategic alignment across engineering, product, business, and device teams—including integrations with Echo Show, Fire TV, Fire Tablet, and future Amazon devices. You will proactively drive business and system-level reviews, aligning teams toward coherent technology strategies and effective engineering processes.
