Responsible for being the OCIO and Critical Initiatives leader across Aero & Controls IT. Accountable for financial management, vendor relationships, AAJV relationship, AMS activities, critical initiatives and operations. This will include operational activities across business functions and extended teams. Positively impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness of objectives. High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve outcomes required. Provides ongoing process, feature and solution guidance, input, and direction to product and platform teams. Responsible for supporting and maintaining critical applications and related data processing platforms and services. Responsible for ensuring the team has the tools, resources, and skills they need to deliver on commitments while tracking ongoing execution and delivery of Application Operations delivery SLAs. The Aero & Controls OCIO Leader is accountable for delivering functional, business, and enterprise-wide IT objectives. This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment across the Aero & Controls IT organization. The successful candidate will lead multiple interdependent teams and programs, ensure strong operational execution, and serve as a key partner to business and technology leadership in advancing transformation, simplification, and business outcomes.
