  • Experience with satellite communications, wireless infrastructure, antenna systems, or ground station networks.
  • Background in customer terminal or networking hardware development.
  • Familiarity with regulatory, test, and certification processes for RF products.
  • Experience with production ramp, factory readiness, and yield improvement.
  • Prior experience in program management in high-ownership, high-bar cultures.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across hardware, embedded software, RF systems, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
  • Establish program mechanisms for issue escalation, change control, requirement tracking, and decision logging.
  • Partner with engineering leads to identifying technical risks early and drive mitigation plans to closure.
  • Support development of manufacturing readiness, validation plans, and factory ramp activities for customer terminals and RF ground stations.
  • Work with contract manufacturers and external vendors to manage build schedules, deliverables, and quality outcomes.
  • Ensure test, deployment, and field-readiness plans are defined for both terminal and ground station systems.
  • Track cost, schedule, performance, and yield metrics; highlight deviations and drive corrective action.
  • Communicate clearly and frequently with leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities and tradeoffs.
  • Help create repeatable program processes that improve velocity, accountability, and predictability across teams.
