Requirements

5+ years of experience in technical consulting or customer engineering.
Deep expertise in e-commerce search and data-driven optimization.
Hands-on experience with enterprise search or personalization platforms.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Ability to work with executive-level stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain a strong mental model of the platform, including integrations and configurations.
Identify technical issues and provide actionable solutions.
Guide customers on platform usage and advanced features.
