As the subject matter expert in a continuous improvement environment, the Principal, Talent Management Programs is responsible for designing, implementing and owning the company’s talent management and performance system architecture, a structured succession planning framework and the annual talent review process including Workday enablement and enterprise-wide adoption. It is an individual contributor role and requires enterprise influence and system ownership. The position reports to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and Performance Management and is part of People based in Denver, CO. This role is Remote and may require travel to various locations such as Folsom and Long Beach CA, Denver and Pueblo CO, and Huntsville AL.
