What you’ll achieve As a Principal Systems Development Engineer, you will design, define and implement complex system requirements for customers and prepare studies and analyses of existing systems. Our team drives innovative new platform architectures and detailed designs that span both HW and SW while enabling scalable design methodologies for Dell's enterprise products. You will: Deliver assigned system interfaces with designs that span extended teams Develop design and architectural documentation defining innovative features and technologies for next generation systems. Design, develop and implement efficient and scalable design methods that span HW and SW layers of the system. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:

Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 6+ years with a master’s degree
  • Strong understanding of computer systems
  • Broad knowledge of hardware and software interactions, and ability to apply this understanding to resolve issues
