About The Position

At Raytheon, the foundation of everything we do is rooted in our values and a higher calling – to help our nation and allies defend freedoms and deter aggression. We bring the strength of more than 100 years of experience and renowned engineering expertise to meet the needs of today’s mission and stay ahead of tomorrow’s threat. Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. Systems Engineering & Test Capabilities (SE&TC) integrates, verifies, and validates our products. We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time. To accomplish this, we develop plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces, develop test environments, and work together with our customers. Maritime Strike Tomahawk is a highly dynamic development program in which you will be contributing directly to the requirements development and decomposition of complex subsystems as well as developing the verification approach. As a Systems Engineer you will collaborate with other Engineering disciplines to help define requirements, interfaces, subsystem behavior, and subsystems integration into the overall system. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining SE Artifacts. This role will see a wide spectrum of the development lifecycle from requirement development, qualification/verification, and fleet deployment support. Additionally, this role will include Control Account Manager (CAM) duties. As the CAM, you will be directly accountable for the detailed planning, scheduling, and budgeting of the authorized scope of work for each assigned Control Account. This position is on site; no remote work is available.
