BAE Systems is seeking a team contributor in the field of Electronic Warfare (EW) systems to join a growing dynamic group of engineers developing leading edge capabilities in Active and Passive Sensing. You will be a technical member of the Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) Systems Engineering Group that is responsible supporting design, development, integration, implementation, test and verification/validation of EW systems across multiple business areas. As team engineer level contributor, you will be responsible for and support technologies on next-generation military/commercial applications. You will also perform, delivering technical value, in the role of a Systems Engineer, for programs ranging from developing prototypes, full rate production, and sustainment of systems.

Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance
  • BS in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Software or equivalent plus 6 years' experience in field
  • Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Understanding of vulnerability assessments, control allocation and risk mitigation
  • Ability to work onsite in a laboratory environment.
  • Knowledge of C++ or other software programming languages such as Linux Bash scripting or Python scripting experience
  • Active and valid CISSP certification

Nice To Haves

  • MS in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Software or equivalent plus 6 years' experience in field
  • Experience in generating Cyber Security and/or program protection requirements, design and architecture artifacts, plans, and/or policies
  • Understand of software vulnerabilities, static and dynamic code scanners
  • Additional cyber certifications (e.g., Security+, CCSP, CSSLP, OSCP,OSCE, etc)
  • Experience using laboratory instrumentation (e.g. spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal & waveform generators) in an academic or commercial environment
  • Experience with I&T / Field testing RF systems in remote environments
  • Currently hold a Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance
