Prioritize the incoming incidents and requests among the team members and ensure successful resolutions on them. Perform analysis on the incoming incidents/requests, identify patterns for automation and operations improvements. Provide hands-on Level 2/ Level 3 support for a platform running in GCP. Provide on-call support for any customer impacting Severity 1 or 2 incidents. Perform root cause analysis for any customer impacting Severity 1 or 2 incidents. Become an application SME and guide other team members in the platform functionalities. Co-Ordinate with development team and provide necessary support during deployment and ensure successful knowledge transition to Operations team on the deployments. Learn new technologies to support the platform, as it evolves based on the organization technology goals.
