Looking for a talented and product-oriented Full Stack Developer to join our high-performing team at Developer Experience and GenAI Platform team. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers and product visionaries to design, develop, and deliver innovative developer platforms that drive our Developer Productivity ecosystem. As a key contributor, you will leverage your expertise in both backend and frontend technologies to create scalable, engaging, and seamless user experiences. Requirements

  • AI Skills: Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic and RAG frameworks to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI systems. This role involves architecting scalable solutions, integrating agentic frameworks, and mentoring engineering teams to push the boundaries of AI-driven innovation.
  • Backend Expertise: Deep proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Spring Framework with strong knowledge of JVM internals (concurrency, multi-threading).
  • Solid understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture and hands-on experience building RESTful web services.
  • Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and database concepts, with expertise in SQL and relational databases like Postgres, Microsoft SQL-Server and BigQuery
  • Experience with distributed systems and technologies such as Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Python is highly desirable.
  • Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like ReactJS, React Native, Redux, Webpack, and Node.js.
  • Experience building responsive, user-friendly interfaces with AJAX and modern frontend tooling.
  • Cloud and DevOps: Hands-on experience with cloud development and deploying applications in cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of Software Engineering best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, log aggregation, monitoring, and alerting for production systems.
  • System Design: Proven ability to build scalable, highly available distributed systems in production environments.
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Option 2: 7 years' experience in software engineering or related area.

  • End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using a modern tech stack, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
  • Problem Solving: Conduct root cause analysis on applications to address business questions, identify performance bottlenecks, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Engage with engineering teams across geographies to share knowledge, leverage expertise, and contribute to the broader tech community.
