Requirements

Expertise in React, React Native technologies and mobile/web app development.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Strong experience with UI automation and app deployments to App Store/Play Store.
Knowledge of packaging front end applications into IPA or SDK
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, UI testing frameworks, and version control (Git).
Understanding of best practices and cross app integrations
Proven experience in building distributed systems, solving complex problems, mentoring engineering teams, develop and support large-scale projects.
Strong background in architectural design and APP development for production environment.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills with a focus on mentorship and technical acumen.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strategic approach to complex challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with other organizations across the business while managing customer expectations

Responsibilities

Drive Innovation: Spearhead the development of innovative solutions to enhance digital experiences for Walmart associates through Squiggly platform.
Collaborative Leadership: Mentor, develop and guide a dynamic team of engineers from design, coding and implementation standpoint, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Architect and Design: Oversee and develop architectural design of the Squiggly platform to ensure it meets business needs and technical requirements.
Enhance Scalability: Develop scalable solutions that support the growing demands of the business and its associates.
Integration and Deployment: Ensure seamless integration across consumers and deployment of AI capabilities within the Squiggly platform.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
