Responsibilities include day-to-day management of closed area construction projects working closely with Raytheon Facility Project Managers, and other internal stakeholders as well as government agencies. Ensuring closed area construction is compliant with applicable standards.

Requirements

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • DoD Clearance: Secret
  • Active and existing security clearance required on day 1
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be able to climb ladders
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Willing to travel on company business
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, and Power Point) and other web-based computer programs
  • Experience working with ICD/ICS 705 processes and construction standards
  • Experience working with NISPOM processes and construction standardsKnowledge of building construction materials, standards, and practices
  • Typically requires:A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments of existing space to determine security vulnerabilities
  • Assisti in the design of modifications to ensure compliance, and providing other site security management responsibilities.
  • Create physical assessment documents, compliance documents, photographic records of construction progress and final accreditation packages.
