Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience working sales operations, sales support and/or related analytical experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word - ability to access databases, cross reference and data validation, basic formula understanding
  • Ability to work independently but can manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service
  • Proven expert level analytical and problem-solving experience
  • Tableau, Anaplan software experience and Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Must be a team player and be able to work with a positive attitude in the fast-paced world of sales. Individual should be able to build long-lasting relationships with key contacts at all levels of the sales and BSC organization
  • Individual should be able to balance short-term urgent needs with long-term strategic initiatives
