About The Position

Clarivate is seeking a Principal Sales Analyst a to be a part of a high-performance, fast-moving, and collaborative team! You’ll be responsible for supporting all aspects of a successful sales organization, including GTM (Go-To-Market) planning, growth strategy, sales forecasting, data evaluation, and business operations. You’ll be partnering with sales to deliver accurate forecasts and embedding all operational processes within assigned sales teams, as well as with finance and sales leaders to assign quotas aligned to GTM, measure sales performance, and provide insights & analysis to leadership. Successful candidates will partner with sales leaders to optimize sales processes, enhance team efficiency, and align sales operations with overall business goals. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 10+ Years of relevant experience and a proven track record of successful program implementation 5+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc Professional level skills with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Strong presentation skills: ability to recommend solutions to leadership supported by structured analysis What you will be doing in this role... Execute the strategic vision for sales operations and support functions within assigned sales teams Evaluate ongoing business performance against growth targets to provide key insights to sales leadership Lead weekly forecast meetings with sales leaders and manage forecast submissions into visualization tools Partner with sales leaders to construct full year territories and targets in line with GTM Plan and FP&A Revenue requirements Analyze market trends, sales performance data, and metrics to guide strategic decisions Represent the sales operations function in regional sales meetings and contribute to high-level strategic planning. Ensure optimization and utilization of sales tools, CRM systems, and operational processes Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales teams to align operations with business strategy. Hours of Work This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed. This is a remote role The expected base salary for this position is $117,600 - $147,000 USD per year. This role is eligible for annual bonus earnings. Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise, and relevant factors. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 10+ Years of relevant experience and a proven track record of successful program implementation
