The SaaS cloud-based solutions assist departments by providing them immediate access to constitutionally sound policies, quality training, performance management and wellness solutions that improve operations and ultimately save lives. This is done through working in these areas of focus: Annual Revenue - Achieve / exceed quota targets Achieve State/Territory Revenue to Plan Develop effective and targeted territory growth plans to ensure revenue target delivery. Work actively as both an individual contributor and team player. This work is independent and simultaneously highly collaborative in nature. Daily/weekly activity consistent with expectations set forth by leadership Prospect, qualify, provide continuous value proposition, and close new business with existing and new customers. Present our Wellness, Policies and Learning solutions virtually and in-person to public safety and public entity leadership Consistently follow our communication cadence pattern with prospective agencies Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline. Keep pipeline current and moving up the curve. Maintain Salesforce CRM system daily by documenting thorough and accurate customer and pipeline information. Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
