The Principal Robotic Controls Engineer will lead the design and development of robot-assisted surgery systems, technologies, and applications to support strategic long-term product development roadmap. The engineer will perform system design, integration, design review, verification, and validation of multidisciplinary systems, technologies, and feasibility efforts including robotics systems, embedded software, electronics, mechanisms, cutting systems, and surgical navigation systems to deliver robotic-assisted orthopedics solutions. The engineer will collaborate closely with Program Management, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Advanced Operations, and Global Quality teams for Stryker customers per the product development roadmap This role is hybrid in Weston, FL with the expectation to be in office 5 days a week.
