Blue Origin is assembling the leadership team that will enable humanity's future in space. As a founding member of our Talent Acquisition Program Manager Team, you'll play a critical role in this vision by leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that directly impact our most ambitious space programs. You will establish governance frameworks, drive process excellence across multiple business units, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while articulating clear program vision and implementing data-driven talent strategies. This role demands exceptional leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams globally, strategic thinking to align talent programs with Blue Origin's mission, and the ability to influence at the executive level—positioning Blue Origin as the premier destination for aerospace talent and advancing humanity's journey to space. Requirements

  • 10+ years leading enterprise-scale programs with measurable organizational impact
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex initiatives transforming talent acquisition
  • Proven ability to partner with C-suite and influence organizational direction
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide change management initiatives across global teams
  • Deep expertise in strategic resource planning and program optimization
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Senior-level program management certification (PgMP, PMP, or equivalent)
  • Experience leading talent transformation in high-growth, technology organizations
  • Demonstrated thought leadership through speaking engagements or publications
