About The Position

This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who can attract, engage, and retain top-tier healthcare IT talent for consulting, contract, and project-based opportunities. You will serve as a strategic advisor to candidates, internal partners, and leadership while ensuring an exceptional recruiting experience. This position combines hands-on recruiting expertise with leadership, mentoring, and the development of scalable recruiting processes. You will focus on building long-term relationships with specialized healthcare IT professionals across multiple disciplines, contributing to both team growth and operational excellence. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT recruiting, staffing, or a comparable metrics-driven recruiting environment.
  • Proven success in recruiting senior-level or highly specialized healthcare IT professionals.
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise in healthcare information systems and related roles.
  • Experience providing mentorship, leadership, or guidance within a recruiting team.
  • Strong consultative, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic, resourceful, and innovative thinker with a career-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional experience to healthcare IT candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex, senior-level healthcare IT roles across consulting, contract, and project-based assignments.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare IT systems, technologies, and market trends to advise candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Source, engage, and recruit highly specialized healthcare IT professionals, building long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Partner with internal teams to translate client needs into effective recruiting strategies.
  • Generate candidate leads through advanced sourcing techniques, networking, and referrals.
  • Contribute to recruiting process improvements, metrics tracking, and knowledge-sharing within the team.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to other recruiters to support team growth and scalability.
  • Champion a candidate- and client-centered mindset while ensuring recruitment goals are met efficiently.
