Requirements

  • Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and five (5) years of related experience.
  • Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: JavaScript; Cucumber test automation framework; Selenium Grid and Selenium WebDriver test automation tool; Typescript; Gherkin; Java, Python, Ruby or C#; HR/Payroll/Time/Onboarding applications; Agile; Working on multi-team multi regional initiatives; Discover, design, prototype, test, and collaborate on APIs using Postman; Using Splunk or any other tool to investigate the root causes of application errors; Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases and results; and Using JIRA for entering defects tickets.

  • Responsible for working with ADP’s application development team to gather details on features to develop and use the information to build and execute product testing for ADP’s cloud-based Human Resources (HR) solutions. Testing Web-based applications. Familiarity with SDLC, quality standards and test methodologies. Work within an agile team to create complex test scenarios before integrating different systems. Verify and validate applications to determine customer usability before deployment. Create test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for large-scale and complex software applications. Communicate and collaborate with technical developers and multiple stakeholders to advocate necessary changes to improve the end-user experience of our payroll products. Leverage knowledge of HR, Payroll, Time, and Onboarding applications and iOS and Android native applications to perform testing in an agile environment.
