We are looking for an infrastructure focused and action-oriented leader to continue our rapid growth by managing and growing a motivated, collaborative team of top-notch talent. The Principal Program Manager, Infrastructure Capacity Programs will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of programs across OCI Infrastructure Sourcing and Planning that ensure OCI Infrastructure can meet current and future demand. A successful leader in this role will develop strong partnerships with Demand and Capacity Planning, Hardware Planning, Supply Chain Operations, Finance and Delivery teams to ensure the Capacity projection is aligned with the business outlook. In this strategic role, you'll work cross-functionally with teams across OCI to develop and execute innovative solutions and programs that drive improvements in our business. You'll leverage your impeccable organizational skills, strong business acumen, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving abilities to identify and address complex issues across the organization. Successful candidates for this role will be excellent communicators, innately curious, and can influence outside of direct reporting lines.
