The Principal, Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of complex, multi‑workstream programs for strategic enterprise clients. This role owns program execution, ongoing client relationships, and operational delivery of contracted products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives, contractual commitments, and quality standards. The Principal PM operates in a highly matrixed organization, partnering closely with account teams, product, technology, analytics, and delivery functions to drive outcomes for clients. Acting as the central point of accountability, the role ensures programs in assigned operating unit are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while identifying opportunities for program optimization and account growth. This role provides strategic leadership to cross-functional teams, translates client requirements into executable plans, and maintains strong executive-level client relationships to ensure sustained satisfaction and long-term value.
