About The Position

As Principal Program Manager, Network Infrastructure Deployment & Delivery, you will own the end-to-end execution of OCI’s data center network deployment programs, translating capacity demand and engineering designs into delivered, tested, production-ready network infrastructure. You will lead delivery across multiple sites and workstreams, coordinating the full lifecycle from design readiness and bill-of-materials alignment through staging, install, configuration, turn-up, validation, and operational handoff. This role is accountable for the successful deployment and integration of OCI network domains including data center core, spine/leaf fabric, WAN/edge connectivity, and corporate network services within data center environments. You will establish clear milestones, readiness gates, and acceptance criteria, manage cross-functional dependencies (Engineering, Capacity Planning, Construction, Supply Chain, Security, NOC/Operations, and vendors/carriers), and drive rapid risk mitigation and issue resolution to keep builds on schedule. Success requires strong program governance and execution discipline, ensuring deployments meet OCI requirements for availability, scalability, performance, security, and operational supportability—while protecting schedule, cost, quality, and customer delivery commitments as the portfolio scales.

Requirements

  • Extensive program leadership experience delivering large-scale data center network deployments.
  • Strong working knowledge of spine/leaf architectures, core routing, WAN/transport, and enterprise/corporate network integration.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-team dependencies, vendors, and carriers in high-velocity environments.
  • Excellent executive communication, risk management, and operational rigor

  • Manage deployment of corporate network services within data centers (enterprise connectivity, segmentation, access, and integration requirements).
  • Establish and run program governance: milestones, dependency management, risk tracking, change control, and executive reporting.
  • Coordinate across Engineering, Capacity Planning, Construction, Supply Chain, NOC/Operations, Security, and external vendors/carriers.
  • Define and standardize repeatable deployment playbooks, acceptance criteria, and operational handoff processes to scale delivery.
  • Proactively remove blockers, drive rapid issue resolution, and lead escalations to keep sites on track.
  • Ensure deployment activities meet security, compliance, and operational reliability expectations.
