About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused Principal Product Manager to lead the development of innovative AI and ML-powered solutions in Advertising FinTech (Billing and Payments) and Budgeting solutions. This role will play a pivotal part in helping advertisers operate via frictionless billing solutions and optimize their campaigns budgets across Amazon Ads using advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities. By delivering seamless Budgeting and FinTech solutions (Billing, Payments, Taxation) and actionable insights powered by ML models, our team empowers global advertisers to optimize their media investments. As part of Advertising Billing and Budgeting team, you will define the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technical solutions that leverage AI and machine learning to help advertisers focus on business effort vs operational load of billing and payments and maximize their budgets. You will collaborate closely with engineering, sales and marketing, and ML engineering teams to build robust, AI-driven billing and budgeting products and predictive insights capabilities. Your responsibilities will include working backward from the customer to identify needs, partnering with engineering to build scalable event-driven architectures that process billions of impressions for billing and budgeting daily using ML pipelines, developing AI-powered budget optimization, and driving adoption through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of end to end product delivery experience
  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience technical product management

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
  • Experience with and deep understanding of advertising technologies (i.e., ad server, DSP)

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging AI/ML insights to drive product strategy and customer outcomes.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling them to effectively influence stakeholders, translate complex AI/ML concepts for non-technical audiences, and drive cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, data science, and ML teams
