By combining creator content with social reach, we meet customers wherever they are in their shopping journey while enabling creators to build successful businesses on Amazon. We are seeking a technical, experienced, results-oriented leader to oversee the strategy and product vision for social marketing. This is a highly visible position requires a candidate with the proven ability to both “Dive Deep, “Think Big”, and “Insist on the Highest Standards” by re-envisioning our strategy across our Social Marketing to provide a brand burnishing experience that balances quality with performance. This leader will also work across functional domains, geographies, business lines, and social media partners to innovate for customers. You must have a high bar for customer experience, understand social media applications, and be up to date on social and customer shopping trends. Successful candidates are leaders who can prioritize well, are technically excellent, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of innovating and delivering results. You should have strong ability to dive deep, strong data/analytical skills, a self-starter spirit, and experience convincing senior leadership to invest in big ideas and new ways of connecting with customers. You must be a strong owner and influencer, as well as someone who can think beyond the way things have always been done.
