We are looking for a Principal Tech Product Manager to join the Consumer Technology Experience (CTX) organization. Someone who is passionate about telecom billing and has analytical and multi-tasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of design systems and principles to ensure seamless product execution, and proven experience bridging the gap between design and development teams to deliver a refined billing experience. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
8+ years of product management experience in telecom, focused on wireless and broadband billing systems.
Expertise in telecom billing processes, revenue assurance, charging, invoicing, and related regulations.
Strong command of SAFe Agile methodology; SAFe certification highly desirable.
Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication skills, able to engage technical and non-technical audiences alike.
Track record of translating complex business requirements into actionable product features and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the product vision and strategy for wireless and broadband billing solutions.
Translate business needs into clear, prioritized features and actionable user stories.
Serve as the key liaison between Agile teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-defined, value-driven backlog.
Engage in all SAFe Agile ceremonies to champion transparency, progress, and continuous improvement.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our products ahead of the curve.
Leverage AI and analytics to enhance product performance and decision-making.
