In this role, you will lead the development of go-to-market strategies that resonate with diverse audiences across multiple markets. Your experience in high-growth software organizations will enable you to craft compelling messaging and position solutions effectively. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure product launches are successful and impactful, driving business results and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product or solutions marketing in a high-growth software environment.
  • Extensive experience in marketing IT and networking solutions to C-level decision-makers.
  • Strong background in defining and leading multi-product launches in complex environments.
  • Ability to understand and translate technical concepts into business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels, including executive leaders.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a team-oriented approach.
  • Deep sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on messaging accuracy and alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the go-to-market plan, segment and persona strategy, messaging, positioning, and storytelling for solutions in the Enterprise market.
  • Craft cross-portfolio messaging and content reflecting workflows and use cases aligned with business outcomes.
  • Enhance and manage the integrated product launch program in partnership with various teams to drive business impact.
  • Identify target personas, articulate value propositions, and drive desired business outcomes.
  • Support the development of solutions-based sales plays.
  • Oversee creation, audit, and maintenance of core marketing assets including messaging frameworks and presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and channel teams to facilitate effective campaign messaging.
  • Strategize and execute product launches while determining success metrics.
  • Create effective sales enablement materials.
  • Work closely with product management to align marketing efforts with product features.
