About The Position

ID.me is seeking a highly strategic Principal Product Marketing Manager to be the founding B2B marketer for our enterprise platform. This is a 'builder' role where you will architect and own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for our comprehensive identity, authentication, and fraud prevention solutions. You will define how we deliver value to our enterprise and government customers, establishing the playbook for B2B marketing at ID.me. You’ll own the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and sales enablement for these solutions, ensuring customers understand how ID.me helps them validate legitimate identities, secure access, and prevent fraud before it starts, making digital interactions more efficient, secure, and trustworthy. This is a highly cross-functional role that partners closely with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success to bring new capabilities to market, enable go-to-market teams, and refine our market narrative as digital identity evolves.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in B2B or SaaS product marketing. Bonus points for experience in cybersecurity, identity, fraud prevention, or enterprise software.
  • A customer-first mindset, ensuring the voice of the customer drives your strategies and assets.
  • A demonstrable track record as an 'AI-first' marketer, leveraging GenAI and other tools for market research, content velocity, and competitive analysis.
  • Proven success developing positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies for enterprise products.
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Product to bring high-impact products to market in regulated industries.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience setting and measuring marketing KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, mission-driven, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Translate insights from market trends, including rising identity fraud, regulatory shifts, and digital transformation, into clear value propositions that underscore why organizations need a better way to manage identity and trust.
  • Partner with Product to ensure our roadmap reflects the strategic needs of security, compliance, and IT buyers across our target markets.
  • Lead end-to-end GTM planning for new enterprise capabilities, product lines, strategic integrations, and major launches.
  • Partner with Demand Gen, Content, Growth, Sales, and Enablement to launch products to drive awareness, pipeline, and adoption.
  • Develop storytelling frameworks that elevate ID.me’s differentiators, such as our phishing-resistant authentication, video-verified identity verification, and massive network of pre-verified users.
  • Create top-of-funnel and sales enablement assets, including high-impact demos, competitive battlecards, white papers, and website content.
  • Ensure consistent, compelling, and compliant messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to understand how the enterprise identity, fraud prevention, and access management landscapes are evolving.
  • Leverage insights from customer conversations, win/loss analysis, and analyst research to sharpen positioning and identify new market opportunities.
  • Represent the voice of the enterprise customer within Product, advocating for solutions that balance high security with low friction to solve complex business challenges.
  • Create enablement materials (decks, solution briefs, case studies) that equip Sales to articulate the full business impact of ID.me, from stopping sophisticated fraud attacks to enabling seamless digital onboarding.
  • Partner with Customer Success to develop adoption playbooks, cross-sell/upsell campaigns, and industry-specific value narratives.
  • Support key customer engagements, executive briefings, and analyst relations with clear, trusted narratives about ID.me’s market leadership.
