About The Position
Wagmo's Principal Product Manager will own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for key initiatives that directly impact the lives of pet parents and the employers who offer our product to their employees as an HR benefit. This is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting directly to the VP of Engineering. The ideal candidate is a seasoned product manager with significant B2B experience, ideally in the employer benefits space, who thrives on uncovering customer pain points and delivering innovative solutions. You will work cross-functionally with teams across engineering, customer success, customer operations, sales, marketing, and design to bring products to life while aligning with Wagmo's mission and goals.
