About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of a high-impact AI-powered product domain, driving measurable outcomes for users while accelerating business growth. The Principal Product Manager will own end-to-end outcomes from discovery to scale, translating complex problems into clear product opportunities, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data Science, and AI specialists. Operating with founder-level ownership, you will define the product roadmap, run experiments to optimize adoption and retention, and continuously advance AI capabilities. Requirements

• 8+ years leading consumer or SaaS software products at scale.
• Strong analytical skills, including metrics tracking, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven experience optimizing product funnels for adoption, conversion, and retention.
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Expertise in decomposing complex problems and making thoughtful trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience with AI-native tools and workflows; familiarity with generative AI and advanced learning technologies preferred.
• Ability to operate in a high-velocity, cross-functional environment with founder-level ownership.

• Experience mentoring PMs and guiding product teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Translate high-level objectives into clear problems, hypotheses, and prioritized bets for cross-functional execution.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to launch, working closely with Engineering, Design, and AI teams.
• Own key metrics, dashboards, and business performance tracking to inform data-driven decisions.
• Run experiments including A/B tests and holdouts to optimize adoption, conversion, retention, and overall product impact.
• Evaluate buy/build/partner decisions, integrations, and advanced AI capabilities (LLM/RAG, personalization, copilots).
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to ensure products remain differentiated and high-value.
• Mentor PMs and elevate product management practices across the organization.
• Deliver high-conversion, learning-focused user experiences with a focus on measurable outcomes.
