About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to shape and lead product strategy at the highest level within a fast-growing SaaS organization. The Principal Product Manager will oversee the core platform and upmarket growth initiatives, ensuring that product investments drive meaningful outcomes for both users and the business. You will translate practitioner workflows and customer insights into strategic roadmaps, balancing platform health with innovation and expansion. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will influence cross-functional teams, mentor other product managers, and champion data-driven decision making. Success in this role requires clarity in complex situations, strong strategic judgment, and the ability to prioritize initiatives that maximize impact. This is a remote-first position open to candidates based in the United States, offering collaboration with a mission-driven, purpose-focused team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, including senior or principal-level experience in SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record owning large, complex product areas and delivering meaningful outcomes independently.
  • Deeply data-driven, with experience defining metrics, instrumenting products, and using quantitative and qualitative insights to guide strategy.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to synthesize market, user, and business insights into actionable product vision.
  • Strong cross-functional influence, aligning diverse stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational complexity, prioritize competing initiatives, and deliver results in fast-paced growth-stage environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in monetization, pricing, payments, or upmarket growth strategy is highly desirable.
  • Bonus: experience in health, wellness, or healthcare SaaS, AI/ML integration, or enterprise/platform growth strategies; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the product strategy and roadmap across core platform and upmarket initiatives.
  • Identify and validate growth opportunities, assess build vs. buy tradeoffs, and prioritize high-value investments.
  • Lead complex, multi-workstream initiatives from discovery to launch, ensuring measurable business impact.
  • Embed practitioner insights and market data into every product decision, championing user empathy and evidence-based prioritization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Research, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on goals and execution.
  • Mentor and influence other product managers, modeling best-in-class product practices and elevating team performance.
  • Establish shared frameworks and processes to improve product discovery, development, and delivery at scale.
