The Business and Industry Copilot (BIC) organization is at the forefront of transforming how Microsoft empowers customers across industries through AI-driven solutions. Within BIC, the Community Experiences Team (CXT) is responsible for building and scaling the next-generation community that connects customers, partners, and advocates across Microsoft’s business applications ecosystem, including Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Copilot Studio. We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and evolution of the BIC Community Platform: a modern, data-driven, an AI-powered experience that enables users to learn, collaborate, and grow through community. This platform serves as a central hub for peer-to-peer support, content discovery, and community-led innovation, primarily via our community sites at https://community.powerplatform.com and https://community.dynamics365.com. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role ideal for a product leader who combines strategic vision with deep technical fluency and a hands-on approach to execution. This position is based at the Redmond campus with 3 days per week work in the office and 2 days per week work from home. Relocation assistance is available.
