Requirements

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience
  • Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience
  • Experience building data platforms
  • Experience leading initiatives across large engineering and cross functional teams, to influence roadmap planning and execution
  • Hands-on experience in testing product before releasing and editing FAQ/documentation
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, structuring ambiguous concepts and from first principles
  • Startup experience, either in FinTech or HR tech preferably
  • Experience taking a product from 0-1 or founded a startup is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross functional teams to develop vision and strategy for the Data platform, data quality and governance to accomplish effective outcomes across all functions
  • Align with strategy for multiple teams and create and drive a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives to achieve core elements of the data strategy
  • Clearly articulate the business problems about data, gather evidence from users and outside sources, clarify the potential solutions with assumptions, guiding principles, strategic connections
  • Define the roadmap with deep understanding of the underlying data architecture, and drive prioritization of functional and non-functional requirements
  • Create user stories, and partner with data and product engineering teams to manage product backlog and execution through scrum teams
  • Serve as primary evangelist of data platform and capabilities with customers, internal executive stakeholders. Participate in industry events, customer briefings, analyst briefings, and advisory boards
  • Drive product and feature launches aligned with company goals and report key metrics
