About The Position

The Principal, Product Manager at L3Harris Technologies is a pivotal leadership role focused on product management within the Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment Missile Solutions Sector. This position involves leading a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) to ensure the successful delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness of product lines. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant operations, program or product management experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related operations, program or product management experience.
• 5+ years experience within manufacturing/production in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Active US Secret Security Clearance.

• Experience and familiarity with MS Office products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to analyze, evaluate and develop solutions to technical problems with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage all delivery, quality, schedule, and cost targets associated with a program's production.
• Develop and execute the Production Integrated Product Team (P-IPT) business rhythm.
• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Manage financial impacts and program budgets (EVM & Control Account Manager Duties), Safety, Security, PP&C, Global Supply Chain and IT.
• Lead the Production IPT alignment for the operations site teams to successfully execute program requirements relative to delivery, quality, schedule, cost, and performance.
• Interface with site leadership, program management, and customer to ensure the program needs and site plans are in alignment.
• Develop recovery plans when issues arise and coordinate applicable corrective actions.
