About The Position

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be the subject matter expert on talent performance and talent management platforms, with a focus on Workday. You will blend technical expertise, system design thinking, and product ownership to shape and deliver technology solutions that enhance how the company measures, manages, and grows talent. Your role sits at the intersection of product strategy and system architecture, ensuring our performance management capabilities are reliable, scalable, and continuously improving.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a product manager or system owner for Workday Talent Performance modules (Performance, Goals, Feedback).
  • Strong technical background with expertise in system architecture, integrations, and analytics.
  • Ability to translate talent management strategies into scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience conducting system audits and leveraging data for decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the design, configuration, and roadmap for Workday Talent Performance modules, aligning system capabilities with business needs.
  • Translate talent performance goals into functional and technical system requirements that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Own backlog prioritization and partner with HR and IT teams to continuously enhance the employee and manager experience.
  • Provide solution architecture guidance to integrate Workday with adjacent systems, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and compliance.
  • Conduct ongoing system audits and performance tuning to ensure reliability, scalability, and optimal user experience.
  • Stay current on Workday releases, enhancements, and third-party innovations, evaluating features for adoption to improve performance measurement.
  • Partner with People & Culture stakeholders to design and implement feedback loops, goal-setting frameworks, and performance review processes within Workday.
  • Analyze system data to identify gaps in performance tracking and provide insights to HR leadership for workforce planning.
  • Ensure that technical solutions directly support the company's approach to performance calibration, employee growth, and development planning.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, IT, analytics, and business leaders to co-create solutions that balance technology feasibility with organizational impact.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact during Workday projects and ongoing operations, ensuring smooth change management and adoption.
  • Train and support internal teams on system functionality and best practices to maximize ROI from Workday investments.
