Ottimate is an AI-powered AP [Accounts Payable] automation platform that empowers finance teams to reduce costs, prevent overpayments, detect fraud, and enforce policy compliance across the entire invoice-to-payment lifecycle. The Role We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Ottimate’s Payments and Expense Management product suite—encompassing our VendorPay and Ottimate Spend offerings. This is a critical leadership role in the Product organization. As the most senior PM on the Payments and Expense side of our business, you’ll shape the future of Ottimate’s financial workflows—from virtual cards and invoice-free settlement to real-time expense tracking and spend control. You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Finance, Partnerships, and GTM teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and secure payment and spend experiences for our customers in hospitality, retail, and healthcare.
