Main responsibilities: Our Workforce Management Product team is seeking a Principal Product Manager to define and lead a next-generation forecasting system that optimizes store labor hours across our retail network. In this role, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a greenfield, in-house labor forecasting platform built in close partnership with Data Science, Engineering, and Technology teams. You will work hands-on with data scientists to shape forecasting models, experiment with modern AI/ML approaches, and solve for in-store forecasting and scheduling challenges into scalable product capabilities. You will collaborate deeply with retail store labor leaders, forecasting and operations stakeholders to understand business requirements, legacy rules, and on-the-ground pain points, ensuring the solution delivers measurable operational impact. This role requires comfort diving into complex legacy systems, understanding existing scheduling, labor management, and payroll integrations, and leading the evolution toward a modern, flexible architecture. As a product leader, you will thrive in ambiguity, drive alignment across diverse stakeholders, and roll up your sleeves to move from concept to deployment. You will play a critical role in modernizing labor forecasting capabilities and improving the daily experience of store teams through smarter, more accurate labor planning.
