Principal Product Manager, Healthcare Are you a healthcare product leader who is passionate about leveraging technology and AI to improve patient care and reshape how information is managed and delivered in a clinical setting? Iron Mountain is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Product Manager to join our Digital Business Unit and help drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our digital healthcare solutions. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering solutions that address the evolving needs of healthcare organizations, leveraging Iron Mountain's unique capabilities in AI, information management, data security, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Healthcare Management); Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive product management experience, with a significant focus on the healthcare industry.
• Demonstrable experience working for or directly integrating technology with EHR systems.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, interoperability, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
• Proven ability to define and launch successful software or SaaS products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• A growth and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Help to define and champion the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned healthcare product areas, aligning with Iron Mountain's overall business objectives and market opportunities.
• Leverage your deep understanding of EHRs, the exchange of healthcare information, regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA), and other critical healthcare technologies and workflows to inform product decisions.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analyses, and customer discovery to define problems and identify unmet needs, emerging trends, and opportunities for innovation within the healthcare sector.
• Translate market insights and customer needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, pricing, and launch plans.
• Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, customers, and partners.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on the product based on data and feedback.
• Evaluate and define strategies for partnerships to enhance value and increase speed to market.
• Embrace a growth mindset and player-coach mentality to approach complex challenges in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
