As a key player in the rapidly growing Membership product management team at Sam's Club ($70B+ in revenue, 600+ clubs, millions of paid members), you will work on some of the most challenging fraud problems across eCommerce and in-store. Requirements

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years' experience in product management.
  • Option 2: 11 years' experience in product management or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products

  • Fraud Domain Exposure: Experience building or partnering with fraud domain of building and managing fraud detection, prevention, or risk management products (e.g., payments fraud, chargebacks, account takeover, synthetic identity, promotions abuse)
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with fraud detection technologies such as machine learning models, real-time rules engines, anomaly detection, or third-party fraud solutions
  • Cross-functional leadership: Proven track record of influencing and partnering with peer product teams, asset protection fraud operations, data science, engineering, and compliance/legal partners to deliver impactful fraud prevention capabilities
