  • A track record of crafting strategies that lead to scaled, quality consumer experiences
  • Well-developed executive communication and presence
  • Keen aesthetics and empathy, and a user-centered mentality

  • Own the product lifecycle for our universal cart, optimizing for complex, mixed-cart scenarios (e.g., third-party registry items, cash funds, honeymoon contributions, and physical products).
  • Drive outcome-focused execution - what matters most is how the product impacts our customers and our business.
  • Champion a world-class guest experience, deeply understanding the user psychology of "gifting" to reduce friction, build trust, and drive measurable improvements.
  • Partner with design and user research to prototype, test, and launch new checkout experiences.
