About The Position

Overall Purpose Responsible for defining and driving AT&T’s indirect product strategy across platforms, enablement, and ecosystem innovation. This role sets the vision for modernizing partner engagement, embedding enablement capabilities into AT&T products, and governing strategic technology partnerships. Principals lead high-impact initiatives that unify platforms, standardize APIs, and accelerate co-developed solutions with hyperscalers, OEMs, ISVs, and integrators to unlock indirect channel growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 7+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Platform Leadership: Define architecture strategies to eliminate fragmented systems, ensure offer parity, and embed enablement into product experiences.
  • API-First Enablement: Champion API-first design and orchestration capabilities, ensuring authenticated APIs launch at parity with internal systems.
  • Ecosystem Integration: Establish governance frameworks and engagement models for hyperscaler and OEM partnerships. Drive integration into developer ecosystems and marketplaces for Network-as-a-Service and Private 5G.
  • Innovation and Co-Creation: Lead joint solution design workshops with partners, introducing AI-driven workflows to accelerate product design and delivery.
  • Data Integrity and Pricing Strategy: Own product data accuracy standards (90%+), enforce governance for pricing parity, and influence automation for custom solution responses.
  • Roadmap Ownership: Create and maintain indirect enablement roadmaps for 2026–2027 offers, aligning with AT&T’s growth priorities.
  • Serves as a thought leader and strategic advisor, influencing executive decisions and shaping AT&T’s competitive position in ecosystem-driven markets.
  • Leads critical initiatives that deliver measurable revenue growth and innovation.
