About The Position

Overall Purpose Responsible for executing AT&T’s indirect product enablement strategy by delivering tools, platforms, and programs that simplify partner engagement and accelerate product launches. Leads focus on operationalizing platform enhancements, improving API performance, and supporting integration efforts with strategic partners to ensure AT&T products are easy to quote, transact, and embed into partner solutions. Key Roles and Responsibilities Platform and Workflow Execution: Implement platform consistency initiatives and streamline partner workflows to reduce friction. API Performance and Order Flow: Drive improvements in API reliability and simplify order flows for products such as Fixed Wireless Access. Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure timely product launches with pricing parity and full enablement by collaborating across product, technology, and commercialization teams. Partner Enablement Programs: Develop training resources, competitive proof points, and playbooks to help partners win more deals. Data Accuracy: Monitor and improve fiber, location, and serviceability data to support quoting and selling. Support Ecosystem Integration: Assist in onboarding partners into AT&T platforms and marketplaces, enabling co-sell and embedded solutions. Job Contribution Executes high-priority initiatives that improve partner experience, accelerate adoption, and drive revenue growth in AT&T’s fastest-growing segment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.
