About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Principal Product Designer. In this role, you will take ownership of product UX and UI processes for an AI-powered claims automation platform. As a hands-on individual contributor and player-coach, you'll work on complex workflows while mentoring contract designers. You will also collaborate with an external agency and establish essential design practices, making a significant impact on the future of pet health technology.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in product/UX design, including 3 years in senior roles
• Experience mentoring contractors or leading small design teams
• Expertise in workflow/enterprise SaaS design
• Experience with user research and rapid prototyping
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design for multi-stakeholder journeys
• Proven track record in building design systems from the ground up
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead end-to-end product design processes
• Design and own UX for multiple SaaS products
• Create and scale the first design system across all products
• Translate brand foundations into product-ready patterns
• Develop user research to gather actionable insights
• Establish key metrics from research to drive UX strategy
