About The Position

In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of product UX and UI design across an AI-powered claims automation platform. This position requires a hands-on approach as you mentor designers and establish innovative design systems. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing pet health solutions and ensuring seamless user experiences, ultimately improving the well-being of pets everywhere.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in product/UX design, with 3+ years in senior or principal roles
• Experience mentoring contractors or leading small design teams
• Expertise in workflow/enterprise SaaS design in high-ambiguity environments
• Proven experience with user research and rapid prototyping
• Strong systems thinking for multi-stakeholder journeys
• Track record in building design systems from scratch
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma and FigJam; familiarity with analytics tools

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead end-to-end product design processes
• Design and own UX for multiple SaaS products
• Create our first design system and scale it across all products
• Translate brand foundations into product-ready patterns
• Develop and lead user research to gather actionable insights
• Establish key metrics from research to drive UX strategy
